Eurovent Certified Packaged Chillers now easier to list on the ETL
We are pleased to announce that manufacturers of Packaged Chillers can now benefit from a streamlined application process for the ETL through our latest criteria alignment with Eurovent Certification. By using their existing Eurovent Certified Performance test reports, manufacturers can now demonstrate compliance with ETL performance standards.

One year of Women Driving Change
The ETL launched the Women Driving Change series on International Women’s Day in March 2025 last year to shine a light on the women shaping the energy efficiency sector, share their expertise and leadership stories, and make career pathways within the sector more visible. Over the course of the year, the series has featured conversations with women working across policy, manufacturing, design, construction, research and industry leadership.

ETL product listings now supported within NBS Chorus and NBS Source
We are pleased to announce that the ETL has been working closely with NBS, through the scheme’s API, to provide specifiers with an easier route to filter and select ETL listed energy efficient products at the point of design. As a result of this initiative, NBS Source now enables manufacturers to indicate if their products are ETL listed.

SKArating launches Offices Environmental v2.0
The launch of SKArating scheme’s updated Offices Environmental v2.0 framework will carry particular significance for manufacturers of ETL-listed products. The update deepens the link between SKArating and the Energy Technology List, meaning that ETL-listed technologies will play an even more prominent role in sustainable office fit outs.
